2. EDO-TOKYO HAKUBUTSU-KAN/Metropolitan Edo-tokyo museum

You will have a fun time here as Tamaki and me, because of the contrived display! And the guide services help your understanding, especially foreigners. There are two good services both free of charge, in the detail see the following details!
At first you walk across Nihonbashi-bridge, which was remade as half size length, welcome to Tokyo in the old days! You can get to know the history and culture of Tokyo in which from ancient times to the present age, especially in the Edo period. There are the theatres, ordinary people’s house with many goods from the Edo period. Also detailed miniature models and real pictures and goods are displayed.
Handing and touching some goods of them are OK. Don’t you sit in the palanquin in the Edo period? I handled the firemen’s equipment like a flag in the Edo period, which was made of wood and knitting rope. It is very heavy! Some firemen came to the fire with it!
The two museum shops are very nice, one is near the exit of museum on 5th floor, and the other is near the entrance of the building. You can find nice souvenirs!
