1. KYU-YASUDA-TEIEN/The Edo period garden
元禄4年頃、陸奥国笠間藩主により築造された。池に隅田川の水を引き込んだ潮入り回遊庭園として名高く、潮の干満による水位の変化を楽しんだといわれている。
This beautiful Daimyo’s garden was made around 1691.

2. EDO-TOKYO HAKUBUTSU-KAN/Metropolitan Edo-tokyo museum
古代から現在までの東京の歴史が楽しくわかる博物館。
At first you walk across Nihonbashi-bridge, which was remade as half size length, welcome to Tokyo in the old days!

3. Ryogoku-kokugi-kan/Grand Sumo Tournament
大相撲本場所は、朝8時過ぎ頃から夕方6時まで楽しめる。
A Grand Sumo Tournament is held every two months in Japan, in Jan., May and Sep. which you can watch here.

4. SUMO HAKUBUTSU-KAN/Sumo museum
大相撲のポスターや、歴代横綱の写真、江戸時代の浮世絵他、相撲に関する資料を、毎回テーマに合わせて展示している。
Not a big museum as there is only one room, but various kinds in the themed exhibitions are held six times a year.

ステンドグラスがあるレトロな建物を入ると店内は迷路のように広く、中央には本物の土俵が!

It was established in 1854.

朝稽古見学OKの相撲部屋。
Professional Sumo wrestlers generally live together in a big house of their master “Oyakata”.

11. KINKO TO KAGI NO HAKUBUTSU-KAN/Small museum of safe & key
江戸時代の千両箱や因幡錠や土佐錠、鎌倉時代の海老錠などを展示。世界に1台しかない幻の金庫「機密金庫」も。
A former safe shop, the founder’s worldwide collection of safes and keys are displayed.

12.NORAKURO-KAN/Cartoonist Suiho Tagawa museum
懐かしさ満点の、のらくろロード商店街の先にある森下文化センター。
The creator is Suiho Tagawa, was the member of avant-garde artists. Some parts of Tagawa’s world are displayed here. His cartoon’s character dog Norakuro is one of the most famous characters of cartoon in Japan.
