Karinto is a perserved food in Sengoku period. It’s a fried cracker that was introduced by Ship of Holland & Portugal. Now it is one of the traditional sweets in Japan. It is a very small & a beautiful shop! Go and try it, made without chemical additives! The price of one pack is about \800.
